A Betting Brand Built for Malaysian Players
max855 was founded with one clear goal — to provide an online betting platform suited to the needs and preferences of Malaysian players. We understand that local players want easy access, payments through familiar methods, and support that can communicate in their native language. That drives every decision we make, from game selection to the payment system.
Our platform covers a wide range of categories — live sports betting, live dealer casino, slots from internationally licensed studios, esports betting and horse racing. Players across Malaysia, including those active in the Klang Valley, can enjoy full access through a web browser or mobile phone without needing to download any additional app.
Trust is built through actions, not just words. max855 operates under international licensing, uses SSL encryption technology to protect account data, and provides 24/7 customer support in Bahasa Melayu and English. Our commitment to responsible gambling is stated clearly at every level of this platform.

max855 values every member not only on the first day — but throughout your entire journey with us.
Birthday Reward
Every max855 member receives a special reward on their birthday. The reward amount is tied to your VIP level — Gold members enjoy a larger reward compared to Bronze. This is how we show our appreciation for your loyalty throughout the year.
Refer a Friend, Both of You Benefit
Share your unique referral code with friends. When your friend registers and makes their first deposit, both of you will receive rewards. There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer — the more friends you bring in, the more rewards you accumulate.
Understanding RTP and Slot Volatility
Before you play, understand these two key concepts so you can choose the game that best suits your style and budget.
What is RTP?
RTP (Return to Player) is the average percentage of money returned to players over the long term, calculated across millions of spins — not a single session. Most licensed slots typically fall within the 94–97% range. RTP is not a guarantee of winning in any given session.
Low Volatility
Wins come more often but in smaller amounts. Suitable if you want longer play sessions on a limited budget and prefer to avoid long dry spells before a win.
Medium Volatility
A balance between win frequency and win size. A popular choice for a more even experience — not too dry, not too dull.
High Volatility
Wins come less often, but when they do, the amounts can be very large. Suitable for players willing to go through longer dry spells for the chance of bigger wins.
Progressive Jackpot
A progressive jackpot grows each time a player across the network places a bet. The amount keeps increasing until one lucky player wins it, then resets to a base value. A minimum bet is usually required to qualify for the full jackpot.
How to Choose the Right Slot
Set your budget first, then choose the appropriate volatility. If your budget is limited, go for low or medium volatility. If you plan to play longer with small bets, low volatility slots give you longer sessions. Always play within your means.
⚠️ Gambling is entertainment — always set a limit and play responsibly.
KYC: Why It Matters and How to Complete It
Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is a standard requirement for all licensed gambling platforms. It protects you as a player from fraud, ensures your account can only be accessed by you, and helps the platform comply with international licensing regulations. KYC also speeds up future withdrawal processing.
